The land is offered on a summer grazing agreement commencing 18th May 2018 until the 30th September 2018.

The land is permanent pasture with some woodland.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
The successful licensee shall not be permitted to claim the Basic Payment over the land. All offers should be made excluding the right to the Basic Payment.
