We approached Carver Knowles to support a planning application that involved a change of use of part of our property from agricultural to equestrian.  They were local, quick to respond and came up with a pragmatic and cost effective solution to our requirement. Reports were produced quickly, fine tuning and finalisation were straight forward and ultimately the planning application was successful. There were only a few minor conditions that we were expecting, as a result of discussions with our consultant Ellen. I would happily re-engage them for future property development that required planning activities."

I just wanted to say thank you for all your advice and guidance in securing planning permission at Gamage Court. Having sat through the planning committee meeting yesterday it was quite clear that without all the information which you gathered and also the personal representation at the meeting, there would have been little chance of success.
Mr R Baker
We had a building which had planning permission for a holiday let which we then built and ran as a holiday let for three years.  We then had a change of circumstances and decided we wanted to live in the holiday let ourselves, meaning we would need to remove the restriction of holiday let only usage.  We consulted two planning consultants prior to Carver Knowles.  The first one told us that we would have to live in our holiday let for ten years before we would be able to  apply for (and then only maybe get) residential permission.  The second planning ...

Carver Knowles and Julie in particular have done a fantastic hand holding exercise in what has been a difficult and complex planning application - November 2016

I want to thank you for your kind assistance in obtaining “permitted development” planning permission on the three barns. You clearly have a thorough knowledge of the workings of this government directive and you put that to good use on my behalf. I have battled with planners in the past to no avail and you seemed to do it all so simply. I cannot thank you enough for your very competent work.
Mr Tipton
A friend recommended contacting Carver Knowles as they had been successful in removing Ag Ties. To be completely honest we thought the chances of a successful outcome were slim but we had nothing to lose. After an initial consultation we were far more positive that it may be possible to remove the Ag Tie. The process is very straight forward with the major bonus of not placing the property on the market, we now have an Ag Tie free property, we would recommend undertaking a consultation with Carver Knowles.
