I was in a situation where my Father wanted to gift a second property to me. I was already living in the property but it had an agricultural tie attached to it. To allow me to borrow money against the property for an extension and improvements, the agricultural tie would need to be removed. After much research, I discovered that this was not going to be easy to do. I had seen that Carver Knowles have had success removing agricultural ties without the need to market the property first so decided to give them a call. I spoke with Ellen, who ...

Carver Knowles recently advised me on obtaining residential planning on my agricultural barn which was dealt with professionally and quickly.Planning consent was applied for and approved and cannot fault the way in which it was dealt with.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you. - Mr Osborne. Fladbury, Worc.
    Mr T Osborne
We approached Carver Knowles to support a planning application that involved a change of use of part of our property from agricultural to equestrian.  They were local, quick to respond and came up with a pragmatic and cost effective solution to our requirement. Reports were produced quickly, fine tuning and finalisation were straight forward and ultimately the planning application was successful. There were only a few minor conditions that we were expecting, as a result of discussions with our consultant Ellen. I would happily re-engage them for future property development that required planning activities."

I just wanted to say thank you for all your advice and guidance in securing planning permission at Gamage Court. Having sat through the planning committee meeting yesterday it was quite clear that without all the information which you gathered and also the personal representation at the meeting, there would have been little chance of success.
    Mr R Baker
We had a building which had planning permission for a holiday let which we then built and ran as a holiday let for three years.  We then had a change of circumstances and decided we wanted to live in the holiday let ourselves, meaning we would need to remove the restriction of holiday let only usage.  We consulted two planning consultants prior to Carver Knowles.  The first one told us that we would have to live in our holiday let for ten years before we would be able to  apply for (and then only maybe get) residential permission.  The second planning ...
