located on the Northern side of Broadway, along the railway and is
accessible via the Evesham Road.

and grass mowing. The land is available as a whole. This land presents an
excellent opportunity for a level block of productive pastureland with
good sized enclosures.

two instalments with the first payment to be paid on the 1st of October
and the second payment to be paid on the 15th day of March 2027.

The land is available in a way of a Grazing Licence between the Licensee

The Licensee will be required to follow the requirements of the Licensor’s
Sustainable Farming Incentive scheme. All the land is entered into Low
Input Grassland. Further details of the management requirements of the
SFI scheme are available.
RIGHTS OF WAY
The land can be accessed via the existing farm drive. A further access
onto the land is available off the Evesham Road to the north of the
railway. An underpass under the A44 provides access to the land to the

important the access from the road, and access to the wider property, are

being Broadway 513, 505 and 508.
Broadway 515 follows the boundary of the most northerly parcel.
