I am delighted to announce that Sam Carter has been promoted to Director in recognition of her outstanding accomplishments.
Sam goes above and beyond with clients and strives to always exceed expectations.
She is becoming well known for her expert witness work, rural planning and valuations dealing with complex overage and property development issues.
In addition, I am very pleased to confirm that Alex Stafford-Clark has been promoted to Associate Director.
Alex fully qualified as a Chartered Surveyor earlier in the year and has demonstrated her ability to quickly understand client’s issues and provide a well-considered and positive solutions.
Alex now undertakes a large proportion of the firm’s valuations and has dealt with complex rural planning cases and oversees the property agency.
