Lean Too – 45’ x 25’ – Lean too house comprising of an IAE Fixed Cattle handling system which can be used as part of the unit if required. Handling system comprises of 3 holding pens, boarded forcing circle and race with 2 sliding gates and crush.

 

General storage – 45’ x 45 – General Purpose store clad with box profile and currently used to store straw bales.

 

The buildings would suit both the rearing of cattle or storage of hay and straw or agricultural equipment. No land is available to rent with the buildings.

RENT

The asking rent per calendar month is £1,000 with the Rent payable monthly in advance or as otherwise agreed.

 

Electricity and water will be in addition to the rent and paid separately.

Water is available to the Calf and Cattle Shed. Electricity can be made available if necessary.

LEASE TERMS

From Junction 7 of the M5 head toward Pershore on the B4084 (Whittington Road). Continue on this road and at the next round about, Worcester Parkway, take the first exit (straight over) toward Pershore. Continue on the B4084 for approximately a further 4.5 miles going through Drakes Broughton before arriving at Pershore. At the first set of traffic lights turn left on the A4104 towards Pinvin & Wyre Piddle. Continue on the A4014 for approximately 1.5 miles. When arriving at the next Junction head straight over to Pinvin along Main Street. Continue Straight on this road through the village of Pinvin and the buildings are located on the left hand side.
