Specialist in: Property Development, Landlord and Tenant, AMC Agent and Valuer, Expert Witness, Renewables Andrew took over the land agency side of Carver Knowles in 2012 and has since built up the business, expanding its client base and bringing new specialists to the team in order to offer a full-service agency. A farmer’s son, after graduating with a degree in Rural Estate Management from Harper Adams University, Andrew started off his career with the Estates team at Gloucestershire County Council, before moving to Carver Knowles at Strensham in 1998. Outside of work, Andrew runs his own 233 hectare sheep and arable farm in the Cotswolds, where he and his family have recently launched a successful diversification business, Cotswold Glamping. He is also partial to a glass of red wine.

With a background in farm consultancy, auctioneering and land agency in Gloucestershire, Mike is an expert in agri-business advice. Mike prides himself on his extensive practical farming experience. He spent three years working in New Zealand on large dairy herds and has also done his fair share of arable work in the UK. Mike trained at Seale Hayne Agricultural College in Devon and completed his Masters degree in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College. Mike lives on the Gloucestershire / Herefordshire border with his wife and three young boys and in his spare time enjoys following Gloucester Rugby, preferably (but not often enough) in the Shed.

Jules returned to Carver Knowles following her degree and now lives locally with her dairy-farming husband in Worcestershire. Jules takes a keen interest in nurturing young talent and is a Club Leader of Tewkesbury Young Farmers. In her spare time, Jules enjoys country sports, walking her Jack Russell, Ruby, and helping out on the farm with the youngstock.

Alyssia joined Carver Knowles in 2016 as a Graduate Surveyor as a change in direction from the previous employment in Ross On Wye Livestock market. Alyssia graduated from Harper Adams University with BSc (hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. Alyssia is now working hard to study for both her RICS and CAAV exams to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Ellie joined Carver Knowles during her placement year as part of her degree at Harper Adams University. Following her degree, Ellie moved to Lancashire where she worked for a professional practice and obtained her qualification as a Chartered Surveyor under the RICS. Ellie has now returned to Carver Knowles where she will assist the planning department while also studying for her CAAV exams.
Ellen is working with Carver Knowles on her industrial placement year from Harper Adams University, studying Rural Enterprise and Land Management where. She is very keen to expand and develop her professional career whilst acting as support for the professional team at Carver Knowles in all areas of the work that we undertake.
