LOCATION

Severn Ham Meadows is one of the few remaining hams in the UKfull of wildflowers, birds and insects, which makes this a unique grazing opportunity.

The Ham is located on the western side of Tewkesbury accessible via Quay Lane.

ASKING RENT

There is an additional fee of £100 for the period to cover administrative costs.

Mains water is available for the purposes of providing water for livestock.

LEASE TERMS

The land is available in a way of a Grazing Licence between the Landlord and the Tenant.

The lease term will run from 12th August 2025 – 30th November 2025

RIGHTS OF WAY

A right to access the land will be granted via the access off Quay Street, with access across the yard of Healings Mill. However, access is only granted to deliver and collect livestock. This access is shared with other users. It is important the access from the road, and access to the wider property, are not obstructed at any time. No vehicles are permitted on the land except in emergency.

There is unrestricted public access across the land which should not be obstructed at any time.
