With a wide range of grants available it can be a daunting process finding the right one for you. Together with our technical knowledge and previous experience we can guide you through the whole process from expressing an interest to the final claim.

LEADER

Growth Development Programme

Hedgerow and Boundary Grant

  • Planting new hedgerows

Countryside Productivity

Priorities Deadline Funding 
Funding towards equipment to improve efficiency and productivity of a farming business:

  • Foresty
  • Water Resource Management
  • Adding value to agri-food
  • Improving farm productivity
Expression of Interest in by 3rd  December 2018 Minimum grant funding of £35,000 based at 40%

Countryside Stewardship

Priorities Deadline Funding 
Financial incentives to help farmers protect wildlife, create new habitats and reduce flood risk.

You can apply for either:

Water Capital Grant

Priorities Deadline Funding 
Funding towards items which improve water quality such as:

  • Livestock and machinery tracks
  • Renew concrete
  • Roofing over spray wash down and livestock areas
  • Yard drainage
  • Rainwater goods
  • Gateway relocation
  • Closed – awaiting 2019 dates
Natural England have given each option a standard price, they will 100% of the standard price

A stand alone Water Capital Grant is capped at £10,000, however when used with a new Countryside Stewardship Scheme there is no maximum limit

Small Business Grant

Priorities Deadline Funding 
There is a specific list of eligible items to chose from to help improve the:

  • Animal Welfare
  • Resource Efficiency
  • Nutrient Management

 

 Closed due to open early 2019 £3,000 to £12,000 based on 40% of the standard cost of the item

Severn Trent Environmental Protection Scheme (STEPS)

Priorities Deadline Funding 
For those located within the catchment area funding is available for a range of infrastructure and equipment such as:

  • Watercourse Fencing
  • Concrete
  • Precision Farming Equipment
  • Nutrient Management Equipment
  • Roof over slurry stores
  • Livestock troughs
